Maria has served as a financial manager, administrative director, assistant controller, and chief financial officer, including executive management responsibilities in financial accounting and treasury functions. Her business management experience has involved non-profit, state, and federal compliance matters, management systems implementation and forecasting strategies. She has led multi-disciplinary projects involving complex financial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, growing and downsizing of businesses, and strategic business practices. Maria is building the platform for the financial accounting and compliance of the Sara Reyes International Academy.

About Sara Reyes International Academy
Our History
Sara Reyes is the founder of Sara Reyes International Academy (SRIA). She is a woman with a great passion for fighting for women and families. For years she traveled, giving educational lectures, and discovered the need to create a comprehensive leadership and training program for women and families. Since she is a survivor of domestic violence, she knows firsthand the critical need to improve strength, perseverance, and self-esteem.
The Institute of Virtuous Women was inaugurated on September 19, 2015, with an attendance of more than 100 women. 79 women graduated from the first class.
The Hispanic Virtuous Women's Institute is a Leadership and Training Institute for women with a duration of 24 classes.
